If you want to lose weight, exercise is important. Find a low impact form of exercise that you enjoy and will help you stay motivated. If you are more of a daydreamer, try going for a run or ride. Just keep in mind that losing weight should always be a gradual process and shouldn't be rushed.
Although you need some sort of support system, I don't think steroids are the best choice. You need a good plan. Talk to your doctor and nutritionist to help you create a plan. Also, I would suggest using other methods like acupuncture, hypnosis, meditation, or yoga to help you be successful in your goal.
- There is no secret way to get a six pack. You have to be willing to work for it and know what you're doing. I didn't think I'd be writing an article about how to get a six pack when I actually had no idea what I was doing at all! But once I started reading about muscle building and saw how important it was to know the basics, I was able to start making progress.
