Jeremy Bundy real name is Jeremy Bauchard. He's a big shot bodybuilder that does several workout routines. Most of his routines center around the bench press, squats, deadlifts, and shoulder presses. Most people will think that if these workouts are done often enough they would see some results. But if you read his latest interview with Max Workouts you'll see what I mean.
" Jeremy doesn't do many workouts. When I first heard that, I was like, 'Wow, he can't do one or more?' His answer is that he has one routine in mind: To put weight on." Wow, okay so it seems like this workout routine just has to be the best and Jeremy must be a very lucky guy. We'll talk about this in a minute though.
First, let's take a look at this Max Workout interview. Jeremy mentions that he has one workout routine in mind, and that's the bench press. You'll find that Max is one of the top authors in the bodybuilding field, and he is definitely a respected bodybuilder in his field. Jeremy did not come across as a highly respected bodybuilder in this interview, but he did make the Max Workout author sound like he knows what he's talking about. If you follow his workout routines you'll see that he does have a few nice gains, but nothing earth shattering like many of the other bodybuilders on the market.
The funny thing about this entire interview aside from the fact that Jeremy is trying to prove that he is "relevant" in today's society is that he is making a big statement in the fitness world and one that everybody should listen to. But let's get back to the bench press for a second shall we? Many bodybuilders have said that they don't like the bench press. It's a reputed exercise that has been proven to strengthen the chest and help build a tremendous amount of muscle on your frame, but it is one reputed exercise that most bodybuilders hate doing. This is one example of someone who is clearly not relevant in this day and age.
Why is this? If you asked a bunch of people who are truly passionate about their workout routines the exact same question you're asking, you'd probably get a bunch of different answers. Some would say that bench pressing is a big no-no if you want to gain muscle mass. Others may tell you it's completely okay. Still others will tell you that all you need to do is do more reps. In fact, there are a ton of variations out there, so none of these are really "right" or "wrong", just opinions.
There is one thing that is true, however. People will argue about the exact same exercises forever, regardless of how much muscle you have. And I'm not talking about new ranges, but rather about the weight training programs themselves. People will continue to argue about leg extensions versus preacher curls no matter how many times a year they come together. People will never stop trying to argue the best way to construct their workout routines, because while they'll never admit defeat, they'll also never find the truth.
If you're like most people in the world, you're not going to spend your entire life searching for the one perfect workout routine. That's not necessary anyway, because the perfect workout routines will always be available. The real question is whether or not the one Jeremyundy program is better than all the rest. This article has proven that not only is it the best one but it is by far the most efficient one available anywhere.
You see, you can actually use the information from this site and apply it to your own workouts. Did you know that the basic movements used in the routines Jeremyundy provides are very close to those done by your own personal trainer? It's true. So really, is Jeremyundy real? Not if you know what you're getting into.
